Pride Wide

Pride Wide has an important mission, which comes at a critical time for the advancement of LGBTQ+ rights worldwide. One of their goals is to take the lead on positive messaging around LGBTQ+ issues on social media and counter false and often damaging information shared by bad actors. They want to empower our community with facts and the confidence to tackle those difficult conversations that we encounter head-on.
Our donation is being used straight away to build a new website for the charity and to set them up to succeed as they begin activities in Europe and the US.
Mermaids
£844 Fundraiser
Mermaids is doing vital work supporting transgender, non-binary, and gender diverse young people and their families. Mermaids’ vision is a safe, inclusive society where trans young people are empowered to live their best lives.
In June 2024, ASWT created a fundraiser for Pride Month in the UK and received amazing support for this charity.
All Out

All Out is a global movement fighting for a world where no one has to sacrifice their family, freedom, safety, or dignity because of who they are or love.
This charity supports people around the world standing up for LGBTQ+ rights. It helps those taking action through petitions, protests, and campaigns to right injustices in our community.
Human Dignity Trust
£2,000 Donation
The Human Dignity Trust is another global initiative using the law to defend the human rights of LGBTQ+ people. This amazing charity works to support strategic litigation and challenge laws that persecute people based on their sexual orientation and/or gender identity.
In a world where dozens of countries criminalise private, same-sex, consensual activity and many, horrifyingly, also impose the death penalty for same-sex intimacy, the work of this amazing charity could not be more vital.
Terrance Higgins Trust
HIV Testing Week February 2024
The Terrance Higgins Trust reached out to us in early 2024 and asked if we would support their awareness campaign as part of HIV Testing Week. Of course we couldn’t say no!
You can find a short video on Instagram and our other socials of Josh doing an HIV test live on camera. Knowing your status is so important, and we were delighted to support this campaign.
The Trevor Project
$500 Donation
Our second donation from our supporters was for The Trevor Project. This organisation provides vital 24/7 crisis support services, specialising in suicide prevention and providing a much needed lifeline for young LGBTQ+ people.
Stonewall Housing
£6,464 Fundraiser
October 2023 saw Josh lose all of his senses and begin a training journey to run in the Royal Parks Half Marathon in London. A vlog from this day is available on Patreon.
Through Just Giving, we raised an incredible amount of money for Stonewall Housing, which provides much-needed services to LGBTQ+ people who are homeless or who live in unsafe living environments.
Kaleidoscope Diversity Trust

In September 2022, we were incredibly proud to be supporting our first charity using a proportion of our Patrons’ contributions. When we started our membership channel, we knew a central pillar would be supporting the community through charitable donations.
The Kaleidoscope Diversity Trust is an organisation supporting a global network of activists, working to enact positive change for LGBTQ+ people in 25 countries.
